地方本科院校破解转型发展中面临的问题需从人才培养的顶层设计入手,推进以专业为载体的综合改革,打破制约人才培养模式改革的各种条框。通过改造传统学科型专业设置模式打造自身发展特色;突破学科思维定势构建三层次课程体系;打破教学隔离构建一体化教学模式;改变传统管理方式为专业综合改革保驾护航,真正构建起符合应用型人才培养的专业设置、课程体系、教学模式和保障机制。

To solve the problems in the development of local colleges and universities transformation, we should based on the top-level design, promote the speciality comprehensive reform, break the restriction of talent-training mode reformation. Through reform the traditional specialty establishing mode and creat the specialty characteristics, break the discipline thinking set and build three levels of curriculum system, break the teaching and learning isolation and build the integrated teaching mode, change the traditional management mode and advance the specialty comprehensive reform, the university completely build up the specialty setting, curriculum system, teaching mode and operation mechanism which are adapted to the applied talent cultivation.
