摘要
师资力量对于专业发展影响重大,行业特色大学会计专业的师资力量与高水平财经类大学相比,在职称结构、年龄结构、学历结构、科研成果、留学访问及社会兼职状况方面均存在一定差距。加强行业类大学会计专业师资力量建设,需从优化量与质的结构,服务行业发展,发挥行业特色优势;构建教师多层次学习培训模式;倡导双师型和兼职型的会计教师,构建具有行业特色的教师队伍;完善评估和激励机制,建立和谐高效的工作环境四个方面入手。
Teacher resources play an important role to the professional development. Through the comparison between the major of accounting in universities with the industrial features and top level financial and economics universities, we found out that there are certain gaps in structure of professional title, age, education background, achievements in scientific research, study abroad and part-time job in society. To strengthen the teacher resources in industrial universities, we should optimize the structure in quantity and quality, service the industry development to develop the industrial advantages; build multi-level learning and training mode for teachers; propose the "double type" and "part-time type" teachers to build industry characteristic teacher resources; and complete the evaluation and stimulation mechanisms to build an "harmonious and efficient working environment.
