摘要
高压电源是静电除尘设备的关键电气部分,对提高除尘效率和减少电能消耗具有重要作用。提出了一种新型脉冲高压电源设计方法,采用高压直流叠加高压脉冲构成电源系统;之后,着重研究了高压脉冲电路的建模与分析,并通过理论分析公式得到设计参数。最后,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真新型脉冲高压电源系统得到实验结果;并且通过与脉冲变压器实际产品的数据进行比对,表明了所设计方法的有效性与可行性,且对实际研发产品有一定的指导意义。
As the key of electrical part in electrostatic precipitator (ESP), High-voltage power has important effect to improve collection efficiency and reduce power consumption. This paper proposes a design method of a new pulsed high-voltage power for ESP, which consists of superposition of DC and high-voltage pulse. Then, this paper studies the modeling and analysis of the high-voltage pulse circuits, and obtains design parameters by theoretical analysis formula. Finally, the experimental results of the new pulsed high-voltage power system gaining by MAT-LAB/SIMULINK simulation, and the comparison with parameters of actual pulse transformer product shows this design method is effective and feasible, and has a certain guiding significance to the actual product development.
