摘要
注水井分层流量测试因受井下管柱复杂性影响,流量测试结果常常不能反映注水井实际情况,甚至出现流量反梯度现象。文章依据验封仪测试密封段工作原理,设计了坐封式超声波流量计,进行了两种仪器的室内模拟井实验和现场对比试验。实验结果表明坐封式超声波流量计比非集流式超声波流量计的准确度和响应更好,采用集流定位法进行测试能够消除管柱复杂性对测试结果的影响。
Usually,the test results of injection well layered testing which affected by the complexity of downhole pipe string can not reflect the actual situation of the injection well and it even appear to be flowing anti-gradient. Based on the operational principle of the testing seal section,the setting-ultrasonic flowmeter was designed and the laboratory calibration and test were carried out. The experimental results show that the accuracy and response of setting-ultrasonic flowmeter are better than that of the non packer-ultrasonic flowmeter. The influences of tube necking on testing results can be eliminated by using the packer-location method.
