经达芬奇机器人行子宫内膜癌根治术的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy of endometrial cancer with DaVinci Robot

目的：总结30例采用达芬奇机器人行子宫内膜癌根治术围手术期护理经验。方法回顾分析本院2010年5月～2014年4月采用达芬奇机器人行子宫内膜癌根治术的30例患者的临床资料并总结护理经验。结果30例患者均恢复良好，顺利出院。术后发生尿潴留2例，下肢静脉血栓1例，轻度皮下气肿10例，经对症治疗后好转。结论良好的围手术期护理是采用达芬奇机器人行子宫内膜癌根治术成功的重要保障。

Objective To summarize the nursing points of 30 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy of endometrial cancer with DaVinci Robot.Method The clinical histories of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy of endometrial cancer with DaVinci Robot from May 2010 to April 2014 in the Second Artillery General Hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army were analyzed retrospectively.Result All 30 patients were discharged successfully with 2 postoperative uroschesis,1 lower extremity varicose veins,10 subcutaneous emphysema.Conclusion Perfect preoperative nursing is the guarantee for the success of radical prostatectomy of endometrial cancer with DaVinci Robot.
