摘要
为研究大额牛SCD基因突变与其肉质性状的关系,利用DNA直接测序的方法对大额牛、黄牛的SCD基因进行SNP检测,再应用SPSS及BioEdit软件对SCD基因多态性及肉质性状表达的关系进行分析。结果显示:在大额牛SCD基因中有9个SNP位点,第二外显子2 884bp处发现A→C突变。该基因对其粗脂肪(大额牛背最长肌0.61%,半腱肌0.48%;黄牛背最长肌3.35%,半腱肌2.72%)与粗蛋白(大额牛背最长肌19.48%,半腱肌19.24%;黄牛背最长肌17.75%,半腱肌18.59%)2种肉质性状有显著影响。
The SNP of SCD gene of Bos Frontalis and cattle was detected by DNA direct sequencing method and the correlations between SCD gene polymorphism and meat quality traits were analyzed by SPSS and BioEdit software.The results showed that there are 9 SNP loci in SCD gene of Bos Frontalis and A→C mutation at 2 884 bp of exon 2.The SCD gene has the significant effect on meat quality traits of crude fat and crude protein in Bos Frontalis.
