摘要
目的建立调经糖浆中阿魏酸的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%冰乙酸溶液(18:82)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃,测定波长322nm。结果阿魏酸在4.95~99μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线为A=54.256C+0.6693,r=0.9999。结论该方法方便、快速、准确,可用于调经糖浆的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Ferulie Acid in Tiaojing Syr- up. METHODS The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C 18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μm) , using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-l% (w) glacial acetic acid (18:82) at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1. The column temperature was at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was at 322nm. RESULTS Ferulic Acid showed a good linear relationship at range of 4.95~991μg mL-1, the linear calibration curves was A = 54. 256C + 0.6693, r = 0. 9999. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, quick and accurate. Which is suitable for the quality control of Tiaojing Syrup.
