摘要
目的建立阿昔洛韦片溶出度的高效液相色谱法(HPLc)测定方法。方法色谱柱为依利特BDSC18150mm×4.6mmμm,柱温:30℃,流动相为水:甲醇(90:10),检测波长254nm,流速为1.0ml。·min-1,进样体积:20μL,结果阿昔洛韦片在4.664~93.28μg·mL-1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.8%(n=9)RSD为0.2%。结论该方法高效,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为阿昔洛韦片的溶出度的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE To estabhsh a HPLC method for dissolution of Aciclovir tablets. METHODS Hyper- sil BDS C18 column ( 150mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phasecomposed of methanol-water ( 10: 90 ) at the flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 254nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃The injection volume was 20μL. RESULTS The calibration curve of Aciclovir was linear in the range of 4. 664 - 93. 251μg · mL-1 (r =0. 999 9). The average recover)" was 99. 8% with RSD of 0. 2% ( n = 9). CONCLUSION Compared with the standard method, the results are satisfactory, and the method is effective and accurate, which could be used for the determination of dissolution of Aciclovir tablets.
