益气化浊中药与阿卡波糖干预糖尿病前期对比研究

Comparative Studies of Tradional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huazhuo and Acarbose for Prediabetes

目的探讨益气化浊中药干预糖尿病前期临床疗效。方法将2010年3月～2013年3月在西丽人民医院治疗的86例糖尿病前期患者随机分为两组，每组43例，两组均采用包括饮食干预、适量运动等在内基础治疗，研究组同时应用益气化浊中药治疗，对照组应用阿卡波糖治疗，比较两组治疗前后血糖、血脂及胰岛素功能相关指标，并比较治疗后两组患者转归情况。结果治疗前两组血脂各项指标差异无统计学意义，治疗后两组TG、TC、HDL均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05），治疗后TC组间比较：t=4．024，P=0．001，研究组低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义；两组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbAIe、FINS均较治疗前下降（P〈0．05），研究组上述标均低于对照组（t=4．231、3．103、6．682、4．774，P：0．001、0．003、0．000、0．000），差异均有统计学意义；治疗后两组IR均较治疗前下降（P〈0．05），研究组低于对照组（t=8．959、P=0．000），治疗后两组ISI、HOMA—B均升高（P〈0．05），研究组高于对照组（t=6．917、2．270，P=0．000、0．026）；治疗结束后对两组随访6个月，研究组转归情况优于对照组（z：6．472，P=0．013），差异有统计学意义。结论益气化浊中药可调节糖、脂代谢，改善糖尿病前期患者临床转归，有在基层医院推广应用的价值。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical curative effect of Tradional chinese medicine yiqi huazhuo and acarbose for prediabetes. METHODS 86 patients with prediabetes in the Xili people＇s Hospital from March, 2010 to March,2013 were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases were in each group,all patients in two groups were treated by foundation treatment including diet, exercise, the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huazhuo at the same time,the control group used acarbose, compared the blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin function indicators before and after treatment in two groups, and compared the treatment outcome of two groups after treatment. RESULTS There were no significant differences in the indexes of blood lipid before treat- ment, TG ,TC, HDL after the treatment were significantly decreased than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, TC was com- pared between groups after treatment： t = 4. 024, P = 0. 001, the study group was lower than the control group, the difference had statistical significance ; FPG,2hPG ,HbAlc ,FINS after treatment decreased than before treatment （P 〈 0.05） ,the indexes of the the study group were lower than those of the control group （t = 4. 231,3. 103,6. 682, 4. 774,P=0. 001 ,0. 003,0. 000,0. 000）, the differences were statistically significant; IR in the two groups after treatment decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ） and the study group was lower than that of the control group （ t = 8. 959, P = 0. 000）, ISI, HOMA-β of two groups were increased after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the study group was higher than the control group （t =6. 917,2. 270,P =0. 000,0. 026） ;All the patients were followed-up for 6 months after treatment, the outcome of the study group was better than that of the control group （Z = 6. 472, P =0. 013） ,it had statistically significant difference. CONCLUSION Yiqi Huazhuo medicine can regulate glucose and lipid metabolism, and it can improve clinical outcome in patients with prediabetes, which has the value of popularization and application in the primary hospital.
