摘要
植物寄生线虫的危害日趋严重,利用生物防治技术是控制线虫危害的研究重点。对从渤海海域不同深度水样中筛选出的具有杀线活性的菌株BH3A8代谢产物进行研究,测定了BH3A8代谢产物杀线虫谱和对南方根结线虫的温室防效以及对松材线虫形态与运动频率的影响。结果表明,BH3A8代谢产物对南方根结线虫幼虫毒力最强,对松材线虫幼虫毒力次之,对大豆孢囊线虫幼虫毒力最弱。在温室测定中活性菌株发酵液对南方根结线虫防治效果为73.75%。活性菌株代谢产物明显抑制松材线虫运动频率。中毒线虫起初表现为虫体扭曲、颤抖、痉挛,接着线虫游动缓慢、扭动身躯,最后线虫反应迟钝,摆动减慢,首尾同侧展开,标志着线虫死亡。虫体死亡多为僵直状态。BH3A8杀线虫谱广、效果好、使用成本低,在生产上具有很好的应用前景。
As the damage of plant-parasitic nematodes becoming increasingly serious, biological control of plant-parasitic nematodes has becomes a research focus.In this paper, the metabolites of BH3A8 was researched, which has been screened of strains with nematicidal activity from the different depth of the bohai sea samples. The toxicity of metabolites produced by the activity strains BH3A8 to the juveniles of three different nematodes, the control effect of metabolites produced by the activity strains BH3A8 on Meloidogyne incognita in the greenhouse, and the effect of metabolites produced by the activity strains BH3A8 on the morphological and motion frequency on Bursaphelenchus xylophulus were tested. The results showed that the metabolites of activity strains BH3A8 had the highest toxicity to the juvenile of M. incongnita, lower toxicity to the juvenile of B. xylophulus and the lowest toxicity to the juvenile of H.glycines. The control effect of metabolites produced by the activity strains BH3A8 on Meloidogyne incognita in the greenhouse is73.75%.The metabolites of activity strains BH3A8 had obvious inhibition on themotion frequency of Bursaphelenchus xylophulus.The behaviour characterized of the dying process is that the swing frequency of stress accelerated, rolling knot, then spastic jitter, subsequently the movement frequency of the nematode slow down, swing reduce, the stress response is slow, the open-up posture along with head and tail on unity-side, marking the nematodes dying. The state of death nematodes is mostly stiff. Metabolites of BH3A8 have several advantages such as broadly nematicidal spectrum, highly control effect and low cost,and it will have a good prospect of application in the control of root-knot nematodes.
