气象部门在打造农村宜居环境中的作用分析

Effect Analysis of Meteorological Department in Creating Livable Environment for Rural Areas

针对党的十八大报告提出的"要努力建设美丽中国,实现中华民族永续发展"的奋斗目标,本文探讨分析了气象部门在打造农村宜居环境工程中可发挥的作用。分析表明,气象部门可从以下几个方面开展工作:(1)提高气象监测预警水平,防御和减轻气象灾害的影响;(2)加强农业气象业务科研工作,保障农业高产稳产和粮食安全;(3)合理开发利用气候资源,满足农业产业结构调整和可持续发展需要;(4)开展气候可行性论证,提高村镇建设规划水平;(5)拓展环境气象业务,为农村环境污染治理做贡献;(6)促进农业适应气候变化,保障农业可持续发展。

Creating livable environment for rural areas is an important part of building ＂Ecological Civilization＂ and ＂Beautiful China＂. Beauty of countryside and wealthy degree of farmers are directly related to the goal of building ＂Beautiful China＂. In creating livable environment for rural areas, Meteorological department can play large roles in the following aspects： first, preventing and mitigating the meteorological disasters; second, protecting high-yield agriculture and food security; third, developing and utilizing climatic resources; fourth, promoting rural construction planning level; fifth, controlling environmental pollution in rural areas; sixth, promoting agricultural adaptation to climate change.
