儿童少年体力活动测量方法研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 体力活动对儿童少年的健康成长具有积极的效应,国内外体质研究领域有关儿童少年体力活动促进的研究日益增多,而体力活动水平的准确测量是进行体力活动干预的基础。目前尚不存在某一种完美的体力活动测量方法能够同时满足不同研究目的和不同人群的需要。本文从体力活动测量的基本原理出发,结合儿童少年的体力活动特点,综述了直接热量测定法、间接热量测定法、双标水法、直接观察法、计步器、加速度计、心率监测、体力活动问卷、体力活动记录与日志的优缺点及适用性,以期为儿童少年体力活动的相关研究提供参考。
