摘要
为增加园林花卉栽培种类,增加园林绿化用材,对荷兰新品种蕨叶薰衣草‘西班牙之眼’进行引种栽培试验.对温度、基质、N-P-K配比做3因素4水平的正交优化栽培试验,测定形态指标并统计分析出适宜生长的温度、基质、N-P-K配比;进一步做光合特性研究,运用相关分析及逐步回归分析法分析影响光合速率的主要因子.结果表明:30~35℃室温、纯进口基质、N∶P∶K为1∶0.2∶0.4利于蕨叶薰衣草的生长;蒸腾速率、环境CO2浓度、胞间CO2浓度为影响蕨叶薰衣草光合速率的主要因素.科学合理的控制栽培环境温度,选用合适的基质,控制环境CO2浓度可以促进薰衣草‘西班牙之眼’的生长.
To increase species of landscape flowers and plant materials of garden greening,the experiment on introduction and cultivation of a new Holland fern leave lavender,namely Lavandula multifida Spanish Eye'.The orthogonal cultivation experiments of temperature,substrate,and NPK ratio was designed,then the morphological indexes and photosynthetic characteristics were measured,to find the optimum growth condition and main influence factors.The results showed that under the condition of 30~ 35 ℃ temperature,pure imported substrate,N ∶ P ∶ K ratio of 1 ∶ 0.2 ∶ 0.4 the lavender grew better than other conditions.Transpiration rate,atmospheric CO2 concentration,and intercellular CO2 concentration were the main factors influencing the lavender photosynthetic rate.The suitable environmental temperature,substrate,and atmospheric CO2 concentration can improve the growth of this lavender.
