Beginning withanalysing the great significance of developing metropolitan modern circulating agriculture （MMCA）in Beijing,this paper investigates the value chain theory and development models of the MMCAin Beijing.Finally the paper proposes the suggestion that three major support systems should be structured to promote the development of the MMCAin Beijing.
