New Procedure To Synthesis 1-Boc-6-amino-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-b] pyrazole

1-Boc-6-胺基-2,3-二氢咪唑[1,2,b]吡唑是重要的医药中间体,本文通过化学合成的方法成功合成了此化合物。文献报道其合成难度较高,路线长,收率低,本文优化了合成工艺,重新设计路线,降低了成本,通过合环的方法合成了1-Boc-6-胺基-2,3-二氢-咪唑[1,2,b]吡唑,总收率14.3%,产品经1H NMR,13C NMR确证。

1-Boc-6-amino-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-b]pyrazole was an important medicine immediate. The compound was synthesized through chemistry methods. The literature reported that it was hard to synthesis,the scheme was long and the yield was low. The synthesis procedure was optimized,new scheme was designed and reduced the cost to synthesis the compound 1-Boc-6-amino-2,3-dihydroimidazo [1,2-b]pyrazole. The total yield was 14. 3%. The structure was confirmed by1 H NMR and13 C NMR.
