摘要
以西气东输三线通过的古山墩煤矿采空区为例,采用概率积分法预测管道沿线地表的移动和变形,并以之表示管道的下沉和横移弯曲,进而建立了考虑管-土间轴向相互作用的计算模型,对管道在煤层充分开采情况下的轴向应力进行计算。计算结果表明:矿区地表变形、管道最大沉降量及管道最大轴向应力,三方面的计算结果量值均在相关规范的允许范围内,说明该煤矿开采对输气管道的威胁较小。
Taking the Gushandun coal mining area as an example,the probability integration method was used to calculate the surface movement and deformation along the pipeline which expressed the subsidence and lateral bending of pipeline,and the pipe-soil axial interaction computation model was established to calculate axial stresses of pipeline under the condition of the coal was completely mined. The results indicated that the surface deformation,maximum settlement and maximum axial stress of pipeline were all in the allowable range of relevant codes,which meant the coal mining,had less of an impact on pipeline.
