摘要
本方法通过配置有气体定量环、5分子筛填充柱及电子捕获检测器(ECD)的气相色谱仪,实现了对SF6的定量分析。为节省单个样品的分析时间,方法优化了载气流速、色谱柱温度、进样和反吹时间等实验参数,实现了SF6的快速测量。为保证方法的可靠性,实验考察了分析方法的检测限、准确度及精密度。以上测量结果表明,此定量分析方法快速、简单及可靠。
SF6 can be quantitatively analysis by gas chromatography, which equipped with gas loop,5A molecular sieve columns and Electron Capture Detector(ECD). In order to save time of each sample, we optimized carrier gas flow rate, column temperature, and re-purge time. We also investigated accuracy ,precision and minimum detection limit of the method. The above results show that the quantitatively analysis method is simple,rapid and credible.
