通过对建设工程投资的特点及构成内容的分析,总结出了项目实施各阶段投资控制的重点,针对性的提出了项目实施各阶段投资控制的方法,以期将建设工程投资控制工作做到有的放矢,管理有效。
According to the analysis of features and components of the investment for construction projects,the paper sums up the main points for the investment controls at different stages of the program,so as to have the effective and efficient management and control over the investment in construction projects.
