摘要
针对价值工程理论在设计方案变更评审中的应用进行了研究,尤其对价值工程的应用范围和评价指标体系的建立进行了进一步的完善,并结合案例进行了详细的分析,对提高业主方的变更管理水平以及加强项目投资控制具有一定的现实意义。
According to the application of Value Engineering theory in design scheme changes evaluation,especially further improved the establishment of the application scope and evaluation index system to Value Engineering,and combining with the case made detailed analysis,had certain practical significance to improve the owner＇s changes management level and strengthen of project investment control.
