摘要
为保证施工人员的安全以及建筑企业、施工单位等相关各方的切身利益,对施工过程中建筑意外伤害险出现的一些问题进行了分析,提出了修改完善相关法律法规与建筑企业合规经营生产两方面的改进建议,对建筑行业的健康发展具有重要意义。
In order to ensure the safety of construction personnel and interests of architectural enterprises and construction parties,the paper analyzes some problems in the architectural accidents in the construction process,points out the suggestions for their improvement from the revise of related laws and regulations and the regular operation of architectural enterprises,so it is meaningful for the healthy development of the architectural industry.
