摘要
分析了招标代理机构在政策变化、招标形式改变、工程招标流程等方面存在的主要风险,并提出了深入研究相关法规、规范作业流程、有效控制财务管理等完善管理体系的相关措施,以提高招标代理机构防御风险的能力。
This paper analyzed the main risks of bidding agency existed in policy change,bidding forms change,project bidding process and other aspects,and put forward the research of relevant laws and regulations,standardize the work flow,effective control financial management and other related measures to improve the management system,to improve the bidding agent defense of risk ability.
