后撤点并校时代农村教师专业化发展路径研究——以陕西省为例

摘要 目前,我国农村教育正在进入"后撤点并校"时代。后撤点并校时代的来临,对农村教师的素质提出了较高的要求,但目前农村师资队伍的现状远不能适应农村教育发展的需要,为提升农村教师队伍的专业化水平,国家和地方政府要从加大宣传力度、制定相关政策制度、完善师资培训渠道等方面,为农村教师的专业发展提供良好的外部环境。同时,农村教师也需要从树立专业发展的观念和意识、制定可操作的专业发展计划等方面,激发自我专业发展的内在需求。每一位农村教师只有使自己各方面的知识素养和能力素养都较为扎实和雄厚,才能最终成为一个适应农村教育发展需求的优秀教师。 At present,the rural education in China is entering a "retreat and school" era.Evacuation points and coming of age,higher demands on the quality of rural teachers,but the current status of teachers in rural areas is far from meeting the needs of rural education development.To enhance the professional level of teachers in rural areas,State and local Government to step up publicity,developing relevant policies and sys-tems,improve teacher training,and so on,for rural teachers'professional development to provide a sound ex-ternal environment.At the same time,rural teachers also need to establish professional development ideas and awareness to develop professional development plan and other aspects of the operation,inspired self develop-ment inner needs.Each rural teacher unless he puts his knowledge of the qualities and abilities are solid and strong,can become a rural educational development needs of outstanding teachers.
