肺心病心力衰竭患者心功能与血浆脑钠肽、c-反应蛋白关系分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨肺心病心力衰竭患者脑纳肽(BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与心功能关系,为临床诊断评估肺心病心力衰竭患者提供依据。方法选择我院肺心病心力衰竭患者200例(疾病组),并进行心功能分级;选取同期健康人群200例(对照组),测量血清hs-CRP、BNP水平。结果疾病组BNP和hsCRP分别为415.28±96.73f g/ml和86.83±17.50 ng/ml,均高于对照组(P<0.05);随着心功能分级Ⅰ级Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级的增加,BNP和hs-CRP逐渐增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺心病心力衰竭患者hs-CRP、BNP水平明显升高,可作为临床评估指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship of heart function to brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) and high sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) in patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure. Methods 200 pa-tients with chronic pulmonary heart failure were selected as the disease group and their cardiac function was classi-fied. At the same time, 200 healthy people were selected as the control group. Their serum Hs-CRP and BNP were measured. Results The value of BNP and hs-CRP was 415. 28 ± 96. 73 fg/ml and 86. 83 ± 17. 50 ng/ml respective-ly in the disease group, which were obviously higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05). With the increase of heart function grading, the levels of BNP and hs-CRP gradually increased (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The high levels of hs-CRP and BNP can be used as a clinical evaluation index in patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure.
