无创正压通气在呼吸系疾病临床应用的进展 被引量:13

摘要 无创正压通气( NPPV )指无需建立人工气道,经鼻/面罩等方式由呼吸机提供支持,进而改善通气的一种正压通气方式。常用的通气模式包括持续正压通气(CPAP)、双水平正压通气(BiPAP)、压力调节容量控制( PRVC )、比例辅助通气( PAV )等。 NPPV不需建立人工气道,即可早期实施机械通气,降低气管插管率、减少呼吸机相关肺炎发生率、降低住院费用,痛苦小、耐受好,为广大患者所接受,加之其操作过程及参数设置均较方便,目前临床应用日趋广泛,已成为各种呼吸系统疾病及其所致的急、慢性呼吸衰竭的有效通气支持治疗手段。本文就NPPV在呼吸系统疾病临床应用中的进展进行综述。
