基于信息资源规划的湖南省环境信息资源中心设计与应用研究

Design and Application of Hunan Provincial Environmental Information Resource Center Based on Information Resource Planning

本文从分析环境信息化建设中"信息孤岛"和"信息烟囱"问题入手,以湖南省环境信息资源中心建设为例,提出了环境信息资源中心建设的总体框架设计、信息资源规划、多层次挖掘模型和GIS应用的建设思路,着重讨论了分析环境管理对象与手段的分析方法,实现环境信息资源管理规范、互通共享、合理利用。

The problems of‘information islands’ and‘information chimneys＇ in environmental information construction were analyzed in this paper. The construction ideas of general framework design, information resource planning, multi-level mining models and GIS applications were proposed based on the construction of Environmental Information Resource Center in Hunan Province. The analysis about the objects and Means of Environmental management were discussed. In order to achieve the standardized management, exchange and share, rational use of environmental information resource.
