摘要
宋代军费管理中,各级官吏冒请军赏、克扣军饷和受赃枉法都要承担责任追究。随着吏治的不断败坏,对于违法者的追究也渐渐地流于形式。处罚的力度体现了宋代重文轻武的传统。
In the process of managin g military expenditure in Song Dynasty, it is stipulated that the government should investigate those who falsely claim forces reward, pay deductions, corruption and bribery. However, with the corruption situation intensifies, the offenders shall be investigated are exempt of punish-ment. This way of punishment embodies valuing civilians while ignoring military officers.
