摘要
校本发展是高校外语教师专业发展的重要形式。学校中的专业条件、文化氛围、协同关系和发展范式等形成了教师校本发展的生态系统,影响着教师专业发展的过程。其中,协同生成的理念和实践又直接影响着教师校本发展的实效和远景。文章对高校外语教师的协同生成的实质进行了诠释;以文化生态学为价值取向,探讨了协同生成促进教师校本发展的内涵,并对协同生成推动教师校本发展的策略进行了分析。
School-based development is an important way to promote university FL teachers’ profession. The profession condition, cultural environment, coordinate relation and the developmental pattern form the ecological system that affects teachers’ development in various aspects, among which, the coordinate ideas influence the effectiveness and the prospect of the teacher’s school-based development. This paper analyzes the nature of university FL teacher’s coordinate generation, and discusses the essence of coordinate genera-tion’s promotion to teachers’ school-based development based on the orientation of cultural ecology, and provides the corresponding countermeasures to teachers’ school-based development.
