点线垂距及其方程在土地勘测定界中的应用

Application of offset of point to line and its equation to land survey delimitation

首先把1块已知的任意多边形宗地沿其界址线平行向外(内)增加(减少)一定面积值时,推求平行距的解析方法;然后由推求出的平行距,应用点到直线的垂距方程式解算新宗地界址点的坐标方法;最后给出计算实例及在Microsoft Excel表格中实施计算的全过程和方法。

It first introduces the analytical method of calculating the parallel distance, after the known cases of arbitrary polygon puts along its property line parallel to the outside （inside） increasing （decreasing） a certain area of value. Then, according to the parallel distance calculated, with point to linear offset equations the coordinates of the boundary point on the new parcel are calculated. Also a calculation example in Microsoft Excel table to implement the whole process and method of calculation is given.
