摘要
随着高校经济活动的进一步拓展,由于缺失合同控制,导致高校面临严重的财务风险、舞弊腐败风险和社会信誉风险。因此,针对当前高校经济合同风险控制中存在的主要问题,提出合同风险控制的改进意见和具体措施。
With the further deepening and broadening of university economic activities, due to the lack of contract control, universities are facing the serious financial risk, fraud and corruption risk, and social credit risk. Therefore, focused on the major problems of risk control in university economic contracts, it puts forward some suggestions and specific measures on controlling contract risk.
