摘要
酒店业员工流失率高,实习生留不住的现象与高职生的职业认同感低有密切的关系。提升酒店管理专业高职生职业认同感可从以下几个方面入手:酒店应合理开发实习生资源,实行人性化管理;高职院校应加强职业认同感教育;高职生应摆正心态,明确职业发展方向;提高酒店服务人员的社会地位。
The drain of hotel employees is due to a low sense of occupational identity.Therefore,hotels should develop proper intern resources,implementing humane management,while vocational colleges should strengthen the occupational identity education,internships should be devoted,and the stature of the hotel management personnel's needs improving.
