基于顶层设计的贫困大学生资助绩效评估研究——以湄洲湾职业技术学院为例

Study on the Evaluation of Performance of Poor Students Funding Based on Top-level Design——Taking Meizhuowan Vocational Technology College as an example

贫困大学生资助项目需要顶层设计,而顶层设计亦能最终实现资助项目的可持续发展。以往研究者在对贫困生资助绩效进行研究、分析和评价时,视角较为宏观,缺乏具体的考核指标和有效的理论支撑,这给实践工作带来了相对的局限性。顶层设计的理念对高校贫困生资助绩效评估的工作理念、准确认定困难程度以及绩效评估工作机制都提出了新的要求。

Poor college students funded project requires the top-level design,which can eventually realize the sustainable development of funded projects.Previous researchers on poor students research,analysis and evaluation on the fund performance,are in relatively macroscopic perspective,and their studies lack performance evaluation indicators and effective theoretical support,thus giving relatively limited help in practical work.The top-level design ideas put forward new requirements in many aspects of poor students funding project.
