高校秘书的工作在高校管理中起着至关重要的作用,当今高校面临着新的挑战和激烈的竞争,高校秘书必须相应的更新观念、提升素质才能更好的为领导、为师生服务,为教学科研打好基础。
The Secretarial work plays a vital role in university management,and universities are faced with new challenges and competition.Therefore,secretaries must renew their idea,improve occupational quality so as to offer better service for leaders,teachers and students,and to lay agood foundation for the teaching and scientific research.
