摘要
探讨超声波法提取食用仙人掌总黄酮的优化工艺。试验以芦丁为标准品,采用比色法测定总黄酮的含量,用单因素试验和正交试验方案优化超声提取条件。结果表明,超声提取食用仙人掌总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率为最大超声功率(650W)的65%,料液比1/15(g·mL^-1),提取时间30min和乙醇体积分数80%。
To establish the approach for the optimization of the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from edible cactus.Methods:developing a colorimetric methods for determining the total flavonoids,comparing with the standard of rutin,and optimizing the methods by using single factor and orthogonal array.Results:the optimum methods were found to be:the biggest power of ultrasonic is65%(based on 650W),solid-to-liquid ratio is 1 /15,extraction time is 70 min and ethanol concentration is 80%.
