Low threshold of divorce:the new perspective to understand the phenomenon of the rural divorce:Based on empirical research of a village in western Hubei

离婚现象激增是当前农村婚姻状况的一个重要表现和特征。通过将农村离婚分为理性离婚和感性离婚两大类发现,乡村社会调解机制的瓦解和风俗习惯的改变释放了因"气"所导致的感性离婚。正是由于感性离婚数量的不断攀升造成了农村离婚现象激增。而民间调解机制的瓦解使得婚姻矛盾和离婚之间缺少了缓冲器,离婚演变成夫妻彼此出气的一种手段。随着对离婚前的硬性规定和离婚后的软性约束的消除,离婚在村庄获得了彻底的自由,演变成一件私事。

Divorce surge is a key feature of current status of rural divorce.There are two kinds of divorce which contain rational divorce and emotional divorce in this paper.By which it discovers that the collapse of mediation mechanism of rural society and the change of customs caused emotional divorce.through the analysis of two different types of divorce.It is because of the rising of the number of emotional divorce caused a surge in rural divorce.Author found the lack of a buffer between marital conflict and divorce attributed to the collapse of mediation mechanism of rural society and divorce evolved into a means of venting to each other between husband and wife.In pace with the mandatory of pre-divorce and the soft constraints of post-divorce eliminating,divorce evolved into a private matter that have been given a total freedom in the villages.
