摘要
对南宁流动人口随迁子女城市融入教育研究发现,其实施有区位优势与文化优势的特点,也存在财政支出压力大与公办学校接纳能力有限的劣势;既有南宁市经济发展稳中向好与国家政策上重视、地方响应迅速有效的机遇,也面临随迁子女教育质量难保证与进城务工人员流动性强、教育规划与管理难的挑战。在机遇与挑战、优势与劣势并存中,利用区位优势,借鉴毗邻地区成功经验;巧用文化凝聚力,推行社区融入教育;紧追经济发展劲头,增加财政收益,缓解教育支出压力;挖掘公办学校接纳潜力,规范民办学校管理等方式促进南宁融入教育的推行与发展。
the research shows that there are regional advantages and characteristics of cultural superiority in the education of Nanning floating population's children Merging into urban society. There also exist financial expenditure pressure and limited capacity of public school admission. Nanning economy has a good development and the country pays attention to education policy of the floating population's children merging into urban society. The local government responses quickly and effectively. But the challenge is that the education quality of the children and the education planning and management are hard to guaranteed because migrant workers are highly floating. We should make good use of regional advantages and learn from the successful experience, use the cultural cohesion to improve the integrated education of community, keep the economic development momentum and increase the fiscal revenue to relieve education expenditure pressures, mine the public school admission potential, and standardize the management of private schools to promote the implementation and development of Nanning integrating education.
