摘要 为研究无迷宫流道压力补偿式灌水器结构参数对灌水器水力特征的影响,分析了基座下腔高度、垫片厚度和垫片硬度对灌水器补偿区内的流态指数和流量的影响。结果表明,基座下腔高度和垫片硬度对灌水器流态指数和流量有显著影响并具有相关关系;可以通过调节垫片硬度改变灌水器补偿区的起调压力;关键结构参数与起调压力、流态指数和流量的回归模型可为压力补偿式灌水器的开发提供一定的理论依据。 In order to put forward theory for developing pressure compensating emitters, effects of foundation height, diaphragm thickness and diaphragm hardness on hydraulic performance of pressure compensation emitter were analyzed. The results showed that foundation height and diaphragm hardness had signifi- cant effects on flow exponent and flow. Pressure adjustment could be adjusted according to diaphragm hardness. Key structural parameters and pressure adjustment, flow exponent, flow could be represented as regression models, which could offer theory reference to develop pressure compensating emitter.
