摘要
结合数学专业的数学分析课程教学,对青年教师执教能力的问题加以思考,并从明确角色定位、注重教师专业培养、进行教学反思三个方面,谈了如何发挥主体作用、提高组织教学技能和课堂教学质量的认识和体会。
Combining with the teaching of the mathematical analysis course in mathematics,this paper explores the issue of young teachers’teaching ability. From three aspects,that is,clear role definition,attention to teachers’ professional training and reflection on teaching,it talks about the my understanding about how to play the main role,improve the organizational teaching ability and teaching quality in class.
