摘要
连云港市地处淮河流域沂沭河下游,是著名的"洪水走廊"。同时,又处于江苏省江水北调供水网络的最末端,十年九旱,为名副其实的缺水型城市。为保障连云港市的快速发展,并带动苏北沿海城市经济发展,对连云港市水资源量供需情况进行调查,并在连云港市范围内合理划分子流域,分析划分后各子流域的供水能力,通过需水量推算,得出仅依赖研究区域内产流量很难满足当地供水需求,必须增加跨流域调水工程以缓解连云港地区用水不足问题的结论。
Known as flood corridor, Lianyungang City is located at downstream of Yishusi River, a last location of water transfer system in Jiangsu Province. As drought occurs nearly every year, the city suffers from water shortage in the past decades. These facts demonstrate the importance and urgent of dividing water resource and fully utilization water supply capacity using two waterways, in order to meet the requirements of high- speed economic development. Focused on rationally dividing water supply area and fully exploring the potential of capacity in the local water supply system, required water quantity was calculated to balance the water supply and demand in Lianyungang City.
