摘要
科学可行的河道淤泥处理方案对改善和恢复河道的基本功能、保障农田水利工程的良性运行十分重要。以苏南地区平原河网河道淤泥的疏浚工程为例,分析淤泥产生的原因,探索河道淤泥整治对策,并以施工安全、施工进度、群众积极性、环境协调性、资源利用率、政府扶持力度、效益回报和投资成本为主要评价指标,对不同河道淤泥处理方案进行优选和评价。结果表明,淤泥制砖方案综合效益最优,且可依托广阔的用砖市场,应用价值良好,更适合用作苏南地区平原河网河道淤泥处理方案。研究成果可为城市河道的淤泥处理提供一定的借鉴,也为统计学模型在工程方案优选中的应用提供了实践依据。
Taking river dredging and sediment removal project in south Jiangsu Province as an example, the causes of sediment deposit were analyzed, and river restoration methods were introduced. In addition, a multi- factor optimization of sediment removal at various waterways was evaluated including issues of safety, construction progress, environmental friendliness, resource utilization, government support, investment costs and payback. The results show that utilizing sediment as construction materials was the best strategy in south plain of Jiangsu province with bright marketing value and comprehensive benefits. The study results provide certain reference to sediment removal at urban rivers and contribute to application of statistical models on the selection of project schemes.
