荆芥挥发油气相色谱指纹图谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立荆芥挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱。方法:采用HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(30 m×320μm,0.5μm),进样口温度为250℃,检测器温度为250℃,程序升温,初始温度为100℃,以3℃/min升至130℃,保持10 min,再以3℃/min升至160℃,再以5℃/min升至240℃。载气流速为1 mL/min,分流比为50:1。结果:建立荆芥挥发油GC指纹图谱,10批荆芥挥发油标示出23个共有峰,相似度高。结论:该方法准确可靠、重复性好,所建立的指纹图谱可作为荆芥挥发油的质量控制依据。 Objective: To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on volatile oil of Jingjie (Herba schizonepetae) by GC. Methods: The HP-INNOWAX capillary column(30 m×320 μm, 0.5 μm) was used with the sampling temperature at 250 ℃ and the FID detector temperature at 250 ℃. The temperature programming was adopted with the initial column temperature at 100 ℃, increased by 3 ℃/min to 130 ℃, after keeping for 10 min, re-increased by 3 ℃/min to 160 ℃, then re-increased by 5℃/min to 240 ℃. The flow rate of the carrier gas was 1 mL/min, with the split ratio of 50:1. Results: The GC fingerprint of the volatile oil of Jingjie (Herba schizonepetae) was established, 23 common peaks were identified in 10 batches of the Jingjie (Herba sehizonepetae). Conclusion: The method is reliable and accurate with good reproducibility. The established fingerprints could be used as one of the quality control index for Jingjie (Herba schizonepetae).
