中药注射剂不良反应事件的分析和合理应用

Analysis on the Causes for Adverse Events of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

目的:分析中药注射剂不良反应事件发生的原因,促进中药注射剂的合理应用。方法:回顾性汇总分析我院2008年1月至2013年12月发生的中药注射剂不良反应事件,分品种统计不良反应的原发疾病、药物使用方法等。结果:中药注射剂导致药物不良反应事件的原因主要有药材来源、制备工艺、药液配制、药液输注等。结论:临床应用中药注射剂应遵循辨证论治的原则,规范使用过程中的各个细节,才能达到安全治疗的目的。

Objective： To analyze the causes for adverse events of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection, and to promote the rational application of TCM injection. Methods： We reviewed the adverse events of TCM injection happened in the hospital from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2013. Results： The major factors contributing to the adverse events included the herbs, preparation process, compatibility, etc. Conclusion： Various links should be standardized in clinical application of TCM injections to achieve the aim of safety treatment.
