中西医结合治疗胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病63例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 63 Cases of Integrative Medicine in Treating Insulin Resistance of Diabetes Mellitus Ⅱ

目的:探讨补中益气汤合知柏地黄丸治疗胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取在我院因糖尿病住院治疗的126例患者为观察对象,采用完全随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,并予7段血糖监测。其中对照组63例予"诺和灵30R"治疗,治疗组63例予"诺和灵30R+补中益气汤+知柏地黄丸"治疗。观察两组患者住院前后空腹血糖的水平、C-反应蛋白的变化,治疗后胰岛素使用的量及临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后,治疗组空腹血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后C-反应蛋白之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是两组治疗后C-反应蛋白量低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,治疗组使用胰岛素量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为79.4%,治疗组总有效率为95.2%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总不良反应率为7.9%,治疗组总不良反应率为11.1%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补中益气汤合知柏地黄能明显提高胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,同时能减少胰岛素的使用量;并且安全性较高。

Objective： To obverse the clinical efficacy and safety of Buzhong Yiqi decoction（补中益气汤,BZYQD） combined with Zhibai Dihuang pills（知柏地黄丸,ZBDHP） in treating insulin resistance of diabetes mellitus Ⅱ. Methods： 126 patients randomly divided into 2 groups, each 63 cases, which were given 7 points blood glucose monitoring. The control group was treated with ＂Novolin 3OR＂, while the treatment group was given ＂Novolin 3OR, BZYQD and ZBDHP＂. The fasting blood-glucose, C-reactive protein, the dosage of insulin, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results： After the treatment, the value of the fasting blood-glucose in treatment group is lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The difference of C-reactive protein between 2groups has no significance（P〉0.05）. The dosage of insulin in treatment group is less than the control（P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of the treatment group was 95.2%, and the control group was 79.4%, the former was significantly higher than the latter（P〈0.05）. The total rate of adverse reactions was 7.9%, whlie the control group was 11.1%, the former was significantly lower than the latter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： BZYQD combined with ZBDHP can increase the clinical efficacy, decrease the dosage of insulin, and has a high security.
