Status and Reform Direction of State-owned Economy

通过对国有经济的总量、结构及效益分析得出,中国国有经济布局和结构调整取得重要进展,经济效益有所提高,但也存在着国有经济产业分布过宽,区域结构不尽合理、国有经济整体效益还有待进一步提高等问题。为进一步推进国有企业改革,论文提出建立混合所有制,重塑国有企业的产权模式,推动国有企业分类改革,优化国有经济战略布局等政策建议。

Through the state-owned economy total quantity, structure and benefit analysis, it can be found that important progress was made in China state-owned economic layout and structure adjustment, and economic benefit was also improved. But there are also some problems, such as state-owned economy industry distribution is still too wide, regional structure is not reasonable, and benefits of state-owned economy needs to be further improved. In order to further promote the reform of state-owned enterprises, two suggestions are put forward. The first is to establish the mixed ownership and reshape the property rights of state-owned enterprises mode. The second is to promote the reform of state-owned enterprise classification and optimize the strategic layout of state-owned economy.
