夏橙生长后期喷施白糖及牛奶对果实品质的影响

摘要 对十二年生的夏橙进行后期喷施白糖、牛奶试验,分析对夏橙果实发育品质的影响,结果表明,喷施白糖对提高可溶性固形物含量效果最好;喷施白糖+纯牛奶提高夏橙果实可食率效果好、风味浓、有独特的香甜感。说明叶面喷施营养液可减少冬季落果,促进夏橙增产、增收。 The trail of spraying with sugar and milk in the late growth stage of twelve-year-old valencia orange fruits was carried out to analyzed the effect of fruit quality.The results showed that,the effect of spraying with sugar was the best for increasing the soluble solids,the effect of spraying with sugar and milk was the best for improving the edible rate,special flavour,unique sweet feeling of valencia orange fruits. It was showed that spraying nutrient liquid could reduce the drop of winter fruit,increase the production and income of valencia orange fruits.
