从人员流失、"三资"处置、财务收支、民生工程资金监管、村级债务增多等方面分析了舒城县农村"三资"管理存在问题,并提出了加强监管的对策,以供上级主管部门和"三资"管理人员参考。

Existing problems of rural capital,assets and resources management in Shucheng County were analyzed from employee turnover,capital,assets and resources disposal,financial revenues and expenditures,the people’s livelihood project fund regulation,village-level debt increase etc.,countermeasures of strengthen supervision were put forward,so as to provide reference for departments and managers.
