Seed industry is fundamental to promote the long-term stable development of agriculture,is the national strategic and fundamental industry.Many risk of seed companies in new circumstances were deeply analyzed,including policy risk,technology risk,management risk,marketing risk,production risk,financial risk,and the risk of depend on key personnel of the company etc.,and corresding prevention and control measures were put forward.
