关于江苏科技大学“卓越工程师”培养的几点思考──以船舶专业人才培养为例

Thoughts on Cultivation of Outstanding Engineers in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology──Taking Cultivation of Professionals of Naval Architecture as an Example

江苏科技大学作为教育部批准的"卓越工程师"教育培养计划试点高校,其"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施恰逢中国船舶工业新一轮发展的历史机遇。以江苏科技大学船舶专业人才培养为例,顺利实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划",就要在对该计划和创新人才培养模式充分认识的基础上,明确卓越工程师应具备的综合素养,并从课程设置、教学改革、产学研合作、人文素质教育等四个方面探讨、实践江苏科技大学"卓越工程师"的培养路径。

Jiangsu University of Science and Technology as one of the experimental universities that carry out the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers approved by the Ministry of Educa-tion,its implementation of the plan coincides with the historical opportunity of a new round of devel-opment of China＇s shipbuilding industry.Taking the cultivation of professionals of naval architecture as an example,If we want to implement successfully the plan for educating and training outstanding en-gineers ,we should know well what comprehensive literacy outstanding engineers should have ,on the basis of full understanding of the plan and the innovative training model and explore the four aspects：curriculum,teaching reform,Industry-Academy-Research cooperation and humanistic quality educa-tion to carry out the plan.
