摘要
研究利用超声波辅助超临界CO2萃取技术制备玉米胚芽油。采用正交试验优化设计,确定超声波辅助超临界CO2萃取的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,超声功率400 W,超声温度55℃,超声时间30 min时,辅助超临界CO2萃取得到的玉米胚芽油出油率为63.4%,较未经超声波辅助处理提高27%。说明超声波辅助超临界CO2萃取技术能够较好地制备玉米胚芽油。
Using ultrasonic assisted preparation of corn germ oil of supercritical CO2 extraction technology is studied. Design is optimized by using orthogonal test, and the optimum parameters of ultrasonic assisted supercritical CO2 extraction are determined. The results indicate that on the conditions of the ultrasonic power 400 W, temperature 55℃, ultrasonic time 30 min, the yield efficiency auxiliary supercritical CO2 extraction of corn germ oil is 63.4%, increasing by 27% to without ultrasonic auxiliary treatment increased by 27%. It shows that ultrasonic assisted supercritical CO2 extraction technology is to better preparation of corn germ oil.
