马铃薯中糖苷生物碱的提取及其工艺条件的优化 被引量:5

摘要 为了使马铃薯中糖苷生物碱提取量达到最大,以马铃薯为原料,采用超声波技术辅助提取其中的糖苷生物碱,通过单因素及正交试验优化马铃薯中糖苷生物碱提取工艺参数。结果表明,在提取时间30 min,提取温度40℃,超声功率150 W和乙酸体积分数35%的条件下,马铃薯中糖苷生物碱提取率最高,达到3.19%。超声波辅助提取马铃薯中糖苷生物碱具有操作简单、节省时间的效果。 In order to obtain the maximum amount of glycoalkaloids with potato as raw material, in the present study, experiment take use of ultrasonic assisted extraction technique to extract glycoalkaloids. In addition, the extraction conditions of potato glycoalkaloids are optimized in the combination of single factor method and orthogonal design. The results reveal that the highest content of potato glycoalkaloids is up to 3.19% under the circumstance that extraction time 30 rain, extraction temperature 40℃ , ultrasonic power 150 W and volume fraction of 35% acetic acid. There are simplicity of operation and saving time in extraction potato glycoalkaloids with the help of ultrasonic assisted.
