摘要
目的探讨介导氨基糖苷类高水平耐药基因armA在不同种属中的基因环境。方法 BLASTN比对分析GenBank数据库中armA基因所处的基因环境。分析armA基因分布的种属、地域及其侧翼序列特征。结果所有的armA基因均位于插入序列ISCR1的下游。armA基因在肠杆菌科细菌中广泛检出,在肠杆菌科细菌中其侧翼序列结构保守。结论不同国家、地区,不同菌属中报道的armA基因环境有极大的相似性。
Objective To analysis the genetic context of armAgene identified in different species.Methods BLASTN searches were used to analysis sequences harboring armAsubmitted to the GenBank database.Results armAgene was mostly found downstream of ISCR1 element and was most commonly detected in Enterobacter spp..Its flanking sequences were highly conserved in Enterobacter spp..Conclusion The genetic context of armAgene reported in different species scattered in different geometrical locations share some common characteristics.
